Privacy policy — Innguma connector for AI assistants
Last updated: 27 October 2026
This policy explains what data the Innguma connector for AI assistants (the "connector", served at https://mcp.innguma.com/mcp) processes when you use it from an AI assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT. Innguma's general privacy policy applies to the Innguma platform itself; this page covers what is specific to the connector.
Who is responsible
- Data controller: INNGUMA TECHNOLOGIES, S.L. (tax ID B75200642), Polígono Industrial Arriaga nº 2, 20870 Elgoibar (Gipuzkoa), Spain.
- Contact for privacy requests: legal@innguma.com.
What the connector does
The connector lets your AI assistant read and change data in your organization's Innguma workspace on your behalf: alerts, sources, folders, filters and news on your corporate website. It acts as you, with the permissions your Innguma account already has, and only when your assistant calls one of its tools.
Data we process
- Your Innguma account data, to sign you in and apply your permissions: name, email address, organization, role and group. They come from your Innguma account or your organization's single sign-on.
- Your Innguma content, when a tool reads or changes it: alerts, sources, folders, filters, comments and news. It already lives in Innguma; the connector does not keep a copy.
- Technical records of each call, to operate, secure and support the service: date and time, the tool called and whether it succeeded, the assistant that called it (as it identifies itself, for example its name and version), and your user and organization identifiers. We do not record the content of your conversations, the arguments you pass to tools, or your access tokens.
Data we do not receive
The connector does not see your conversation with the assistant. It only receives the tool calls the assistant decides to make, with the arguments needed for each call.
How we use it
- To provide the connector: sign you in, run the tools you ask for and return their results to your assistant.
- To keep it secure and working: detect abuse, enforce usage limits, investigate errors and answer support requests.
- To understand usage in aggregate, such as which assistants and tools are used, so we can improve the service.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to train AI models.
Who receives it
- Your AI assistant provider. The results of the tools you use are sent to your assistant's provider (for example Anthropic for Claude or OpenAI for ChatGPT), which processes them under its own terms and privacy policy and your agreement with it. Innguma does not control that processing. Your organization may have its own rules about which assistants can be used with company data.
- Our infrastructure provider. The connector runs on Amazon Web Services in the European Union (Ireland region).
- Nobody else, except where required by law.
How long we keep it
- Technical records of the connector: 14 days.
- Technical records of the Innguma API behind it: 30 days.
- Usage statistics: kept in aggregate, with no fixed period, while your organization's relationship with Innguma lasts.
- Your connector session stays active while you use it and expires after 30 days without use. You can end it at any time (see below).
- Your Innguma content is kept as described in Innguma's general privacy policy and your organization's contract.
Your choices and rights
- Disconnect: remove the connector in your assistant's settings. To also end the session in Innguma, ask the assistant to sign you out of Innguma before removing it.
- Your organization can ask Innguma to revoke a user's access at any time.
- You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, by writing to legal@innguma.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or your local data protection authority.
Changes
We will update this page when the connector changes how it processes data, and change the date above.
