Terms of use — Innguma connector for AI assistants

These terms apply to the Innguma connector for AI assistants (the "connector", served at https://mcp.innguma.com/mcp), which lets an AI assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT work with your organization's Innguma workspace. Your use of Innguma itself is governed by your organization's agreement with Innguma.

Who can use it

You need an active Innguma account in an organization that is an Innguma customer. You use the connector as yourself: it can only do what your account can already do on the Innguma website, with your organization's permissions.

Your assistant

The connector works through an AI assistant you choose and connect. That assistant is provided by a third party under its own terms and privacy policy. Innguma does not control what the assistant does with the information the connector returns to it, nor the answers it gives you. Review the assistant's actions before you rely on them, in particular before confirming anything that publishes, deletes or overwrites data.

Acceptable use

• Use the connector only for your organization's work in Innguma.
• Do not try to access data or functions your account is not allowed to use, or to get around the usage limits.
• Do not use it to send automated traffic beyond normal use. Innguma applies usage limits per user (for example, on the number of changes per hour) and may slow down or block requests that exceed them.
• Keep your account credentials to yourself, and disconnect the connector when you no longer need it.

Availability and changes

Innguma may change, suspend or stop the connector, or any of its tools, at any time. The connector has no service levels of its own; any service levels are those of your organization's agreement with Innguma.

Privacy

How the connector processes data is described in its privacy policy.

Liability

The connector is provided as part of your organization's Innguma service, and Innguma's liability is that set out in your organization's agreement with Innguma. Innguma is not responsible for the answers or actions of your AI assistant, nor for changes you confirm through it. Spanish law applies, and disputes go to the courts of Eibar (Gipuzkoa), unless the law provides otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We will update this page when these terms change, and change the date above.
